Drosera - Sundews

Sundews are visually striking with their green and red leaves, adorned with sparkling mucus droplets. Varying in shape from round to elongated, the flat leaves are covered in numerous tentacles and glands.

These tentacles and glands react to prey by moving towards it. Sundews come in a range of sizes, from the small pygmy sundews at 1 cm to the larger Forked Sundews at over 30 cm. With almost 200 species, these unique plants can be found on nearly every continent.
